US Tool Envelope lying flat

US Army Tool roll used from WW2 into the 1960's. It has a metal strip at the opening which creates a straight edge. Its posed as if It is lying flat but slightly open and it can have some tools placed inside although its not a complete void for strength. The purchaser could add some tapes if its desired.
